Access to Your Home or Office

Options include leaving a key (securely stored), providing alarm instructions, or meeting the cleaner. Keys are not returned by mail; ID is required for retrieval.

Payment

Payment is due at cleaning time. A credit card must be on file; we accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, and checks. $25 fee for failed transactions.

Scheduling

Recurring services follow our checklist. One-time cleanings are scheduled in time blocks. Same staff is preferred but not guaranteed. Additional time or fees may apply for heavy-duty cleaning.

Arrival Windows

With a key: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Meeting in person: 2-hour window between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Feedback

You may rate our service after each cleaning. Feedback helps improve quality.

24-Hour Service Guarantee

Report any issues within 24 hours for a free re-clean. No refunds provided.

Gratuity

Tipping is optional but appreciated. Cancellation Policy Two business days' notice required. Late cancellations may be charged in full. Discounted recurring rates apply only to ongoing service.

Breakage or Loss

Report incidents within 48 hours. Liability for key replacement is limited to $100 per location.

Supplies

We use professional-grade supplies but will use your products if requested in advance.

Pets

Please secure pets during service. We are not responsible for escapes

Service Limitations

We do not climb above two steps, move items over 25 lbs, handle firearms, clean biohazards, or haul away large debris.

New Construction Clean-Up

All tools and debris must be removed before service. We cannot guarantee results if contractors are present.
